This is the best tasting fiber I have ever had. I can actually enjoy the drink with water, but with a little milk it is out of this world. Thanks for the great product!

Finally, a company that tells the truth. So many people overlook cholesterol levels in protein risking their health. The topic of oxidized cholesterol is an important one that needs someone like yourself to lead the charge.
Julie
Thanks for the great fiber! All natural, Beta Glucan, 5 fiber sources and the TASTE is awesome.

As a bodybuilder I have tried all the proteins on the market. Thank you for making the best tasting isolate on the market. The sooner everyone learns all protein is not the same the quicker they will start making gains in the gym. Much appreciated.
Roger
I wanted to say thanks for such a great fiber product. I use this in conjunction with my pro-biotic as a "pre-biotic" and have had tremendous results. The flavor and smooth texture makes this fiber the most unique and flavorfull fiber drink I have ever had.

Fiber Balance |
| Fiber BalanceTM definitely isn't your grandmothers' fiber supplement.
Unlike other fiber supplements which mix up thick and gritty, Integrated Supplements Fiber BalanceTM is a fine powder which mixes smooth and creamy and tastes great!
Fiber BalanceTM can be mixed into just about any food or liquid you can think of, and its delicious Apple-Cinnamon flavor can even turn fiber supplementation from a painful chore to a welcome treat.
Here are some ideas: |
Fiber BalanceTM and Water
Believe it or not, Fiber BalanceTM tastes great mixed with plain water! You can stir smooth and creamy Fiber BalanceTM into 4 to 8 ounces of cold water and enjoy (yes, we said enjoy) Fiber BalanceTM any time day or night. |
Fiber BalanceTM and Milk
Looking for an even richer and creamier way to get your daily fiber? Try Mixing Fiber BalanceTM in 4 to 8 ounces of milk. You won't believe that a drink so tasty can actually be good for you too!
You can even pour the mixture over breakfast cereal or granola for a fiber-packed treat. |
Fiber BalanceTM and Apple Sauce
The delicious Apple-Cinnamon flavor of Fiber BalanceTM is a perfect compliment to unsweetened apple sauce. You'll find that Fiber BalanceTM not only adds fiber, but just the right amount of sweetness as well. |
Fiber BalanceTM and Yogurt
Fiber BalanceTM and yogurt just may be a nutritional match made in heaven. Not only does the combination of Fiber BalanceTM and yogurt make a deliciously balanced meal of quality protein, carbohydrates and fiber; but the "beneficial bacteria" in yogurt love the soluble fiber found in Fiber BalanceTM!
Beneficial yogurt cultures thrive on soluble fiber, and the combination of Fiber BalanceTM and yogurt can support a happy and healthy digestive system like no other meal you can imagine. And did we mention it tastes delicious?
Get creative! Use plain yogurt, or sweetened; add blueberries, strawberries, raisins, granola - whatever your heart desires. Whatever combination you create, this power-packed meal will keep your energy levels high and your appetite low for hours. |
Fiber BalanceTM and Oatmeal
There's no doubt about it, oatmeal is a great high-fiber food. Unfortunately, though, in addition to being high in fiber, oatmeal is also relatively high in starchy carbohydrates and calories.
But, would you believe that one little serving of Fiber BalanceTM contains more fiber than two big bowls of oatmeal, and only 5 grams of caloric carbohydrates? So, why not combine the best of both worlds? You can mix just half a serving of Fiber BalanceTM into a ½ cup serving of oatmeal for a fiber-packed breakfast (9 grams - 36% of the RDA, to be exact) that still contains less than 200 calories. |
